What excites you about the future of feed & food tech innovation?
It is a fascinating venue to discover the disruptors of feed & food, a key area of focus for Creadev, and one in which we will continue to need more innovation and capital in the coming decades to solve our food challenge of feeding 9-10 billion people sustainably.
Why is this Challenge & the acceleration it can provide important to the future of feed & food tech?
Start-ups need to make their innovation tangible, proven at industrial scale and accessible for the many. This challenge and the proximity with the Nutreco teams coming from this acceleration program makes all that possible.
What are you looking for in the pitches and business plans that will be presented in this Challenge?
Significant economical and environmental impact, i.e. significant market size and solutions solving current pain points of the industry.
What is one piece of advice you would have for participants in the Challenge?
As much as possible, try to generate traction from the end client, or from the retailer to align the value chain.
