We asked employees from across the globe what our values mean to them and what it’s like to work for Nutreco. Garrett Fullerton, Production Supervisor at Trouw Nutrition USA, connects most closely with the value of inclusivity and says it comes into play from the moment new hires start.

“It is my responsibility to ensure that every individual on the team is working safely and making good quality product for our customers,” said Garrett. His job is to implement a game plan at the beginning of shifts to ensure batches of product are produced efficiently and effectively.  

In the nine years Garrett has worked for Nutreco, he’s found the company’s people and purpose are what makes it special. “The people are passionate, caring and driven. You can tell that they really believe in our purpose of Feeding the Future – and it shows with the effort everyone makes. I work specifically on the companion animal side of the business, and it brings me great pleasure to know I am producing feed that makes consumers’ furry friends at home happy and healthy.”

Garrett feels particularly connected with our value of inclusivity because he believes everyone deserves an equal opportunity.
