The Nutreco Young Researchers Prize

Launched in 2019 to mark Nutreco’s 25th anniversary, this Prize is awarded to the most promising research by PhD students and post-doctorates working globally across animal nutrition, livestock production, aquaculture, veterinary sciences and cellular agriculture.

 

 

The Nutreco Young Researchers Prize (NYRP) recognises outstanding research efforts to address the increasingly important challenge of generating enough food for the world’s growing population.

The prize is for talented researchers who share our vision in unearthing new solutions for our purpose of Feeding the Future. A panel of leading experts within Nutreco judge the competition submissions within three categories - novel ingredients, antimicrobial resistance  and reduction of greenhouse gases – based upon the quality of the research proposal innovativeness, sustainability and the value to agri- and aquaculture industry.
